Theme #56: Breathe Again
It's not good enough.
Toshiro let out a fierce yell before releasing a wave of ice from the tip of his zanpakuto. He placed his hands together on the hilt and commanded the frozen attack to shoot up to the rocky ceiling. Then, he stopped for a moment to take a breath.
I have to get stronger.
Suddenly, he heard a crack. With his senses on high alert, Hitsugaya raised his head to see the formed ice daggers on the ceiling jingling.
Fast.
Quickly, he swung his sword across and released a field of ice daggers towards it. The two opposing forces soon met and broke into tiny particle
A birthday is a day that comes once a year when one celebrates the date of their birth. Just as the dictionary defined it, I think birthdays are special too. What's even more special is the wish you get to make before you blow out the candles.
My first wish was made on my fourth birthday when my mother told me all about it. If I make a wish before blowing the birthday candles and not tell anyone what it is, it will come true someday.
"Really, Okaa-san?"
The young mother looked over at her smiling daughter. She smile back. "Yes sweetie."
Then, she resumed her attention to spreading the frosting over the three layer cake. In the meantime, a

He closed his eyes and slowly sighed. When he reopened them, the young adult he tried again.
"Will yo-No, that's too straightforward. She might be too shocked to liste-" Without any warning, the white haired university student noticed the fast approaching cyclist on the road. Luckily, he quickly turned his body to one side and narrowly escaped the passing rider. He sighed in relief. "Note to self: watch where you're going while you're in deep thought."
With that said, he continued his jo

"Good morning, taicho!" Rangiku Matsumoto said as she happily waltzed into the office, where she can see her captain signing papers on his desk. "Today is a lovely da-"
All of a sudden, she felt a cold chill up her spine which caused the lieutenant to squeak. Knowing too well where it is coming from, she looked at the glaring white haired prodigy. He explained, "First of all, it's early afternoon and second, you're late for work again. What excuse you have for me this time?"
"I had a hangover."
He put down his ink brush and leaned back against his seat. After folding his arms over his c

Picks up the rice in the church where a wedding has been;
Lives in a dream.

I am an old woman. For as long as I can remember, I lived by myself in a small house in the first district of Rukongai.
I always kept a small amount of food in my house. I didn’t need it, but I wanted to be prepared. One week before I knew it would spoil, I made a small meal and left it by a neighbor’s front door. The following morning would find me at the store, carefully selecting the perfect replacements for the food I had given away.

Red.
That was the color he heard the most;
Pounding in his ears,
Tearing at the skin,
A Warmth in his hands that slowly spread
Lacing its way down his fingertips,
Reminding him how alive the moment was.
The color was purely terrifying to behold.
Black.
The haunting coldness; the fear.
A limpness befell him in time,
Into nothingness, that hung heavy,
Like the darkness during the day.
Aqua.
What passion and understanding!
Angry,
Saddened, sudden realization...
..So desperately violent as he
Looked for a reason to justify
The ends of his mistake.

Author's note: After reading Bleach chapter 496 and 497 I felt like I needed to write this short HitsuHina story, but I couldn't think about ending of it. Now, when I have it, here you go.
Submission: Momo, seeing her childhood friend's suffer, also is suffering inside. What can she do for him? SPOILERS for chapters 496 and 497!
Disclaimer: I don't own Bleach, Tite Kubo-sensei does. If I would own it, it would be more tragic, romantic and bloody, and Momo would have amazing phoenix-like bankai.
SILENCE
Momo Hinamori was standing at the hall with other vice-captains, waiting for their superiors who were at the meeting. Well, not everybody
Summary: A quick story with HitsuHina in background in which something with Momo is out of place, Rangiku is almost useful and Toshiro… Well, Toshiro acts like a typical man ;)
A/N: Hey guys! Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to all of you! It has been a while since I wrote this one, but I didn't have time to upload this earlier... So here it is, a small HitsuHina by me, because I simply love and adore them. Enjoy! ;)
Disclaimer: I do not own Bleach. It belongs to Tite Kubo-sensei.

Toshiro placed a hand over his mouth and yawned. Today was a long day for the young tenth division captain. He had a whole stack of paperwork to sign, a training session to lead, a report to write, a budget meeting with the Captain Commander, and a certain vice-captain to punish because she came to work late...again. Despite all this, he is not free of his responsibilities. He still has some housework chores to do and get everything ready for his early morning shift at eight.
Hitsugaya opened the slide door to his private quarters and stepped in. Using the natural light from the moon
